Marc K. Lewis is the principal managing member of Lexham Realty Management, LLC (“LRM”), a commercial real estate capital markets, acquisition, and advisory firm, which was formed in 2001. Mr. Lewis has significant US major market experience as an institutional real estate principal investor/owner, commercial real estate lender, professional equity and investment banking advisor and placement agent.

Prior to starting LRM, Mr. Lewis began his US real estate career more than 33 years ago in real estate investment banking and direct equity investment at a top tier US investment bank, commercial real estate and corporate finance lending at a major Japanese commercial bank, equity partner for a large private NYC real estate owner, equity and debt advisory placement agent for his own advisory firm, principal owner/partner with a major international bank in a loan origination company and senior banker for a US investment bank in the CMBS industry.  Mr. Lewis has significant experience in acquisitions, financing and development in properties covering commercial office, retail, residential and hotels in major U.S. markets including New York and surrounding suburbs, Boston, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles.

Mr. Lewis received his MBA from Columbia University in 1983 (Beta Gamma Sigma) and holds a BS degree from Denison University (Phi Beta Kappa).
