Christine Boe, Esquire joined Lexham Realty Management, LLC (“LRM”) in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.

Ms. Boe began her career in a general practice legal firm working for more than 16 years representing clients in residential and commercial real estate markets, leasing counsel for private corporations, served as property foreclosure counsel appointed by the state of Connecticut.  Additionally, she represented clients in a wide array of civil litigation, trial representation and other general practice legal areas. Ms. Boe has been a member of the Bar in the State of Connecticut since 1990.

Ms. Boe serves as Lexham’s investor relations liaison and is responsible for asset investment reporting. In addition, she is responsible for corporate level asset management, due diligence for potential acquisitions and financing, in-house legal review, industry standard reporting and asset financial analysis and review.

Ms. Boe received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
