Thomas H. Bailey
Thomas H. Bailey, a principal of Lexham Realty Management, LLC (“LRM”), began his career in 1981 with the Chemical Bank Real Estate Division and has been employed by the Bank of Montreal as Director of the Real Estate Division and Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in the Institutional Property Group. Mr. Bailey completed over $5 billion in investments, debt placements and sales of real estate at these institutions.
Most recently Mr. Bailey served as Director of Acquisitions and Fund Management with Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors, Inc. where he was responsible for: (1) property acquisition, (2) fund conception, structure and sales, and (3) asset management of a $1.8 billion portfolio of institutional quality assets in the U.S. and Japan for over 5,400 investors. At Deutsche, among the more notable properties under Mr. Bailey’s management include: 53 State Street (Boston), 75 State Street (Boston), Pennzoil Place (Houston), 1 & 2 Shell Plaza (Houston), 31 West 52nd Street (New York), Saks Fifth Avenue-Union Square (San Francisco), Hoechst Biotech Facility (San Jose) and the German Industry & Trade Center (Yokohama, Japan).
Mr. Bailey received a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont in 1980.
